you have close the topic and told me to contact the support but how ? no phone numbers exist …

 

so i have created an account on ARC and posted a ticket.

 

is it the right way ? could you explain me how to report this bug and get what i paid for clearly please ?

so in do not see any section there to report a bug just some tutorials …
