Bug Pulsar Module not work from me

Hi everybody,

 

 

i use the Pulsar module in correct range with the enemys ships but my Ship (templar S and other) not lauch the rays in the enemys

 

 

Help me

Either there is another pulsar with stronger parameters running near you or you disabled it by accident or ECM used Ion Diffuser on you. Can be Command Ion Beam Warhead missile too.

Tapping the module again after activation will stop it.

And as for the higher-tier pulsar thing, any number of pulsars can be running at a given time. I’ve been hit by 3 at once before.

There is no bug with the pulsar.

I have noticed this many times.

Pretty much every buff/debuff in this game doesn’t stack, so it’s not a bug.

Thank u sponge … Ok about stacking buff/debuff, but pulsar and plasma arc are more like weapons than “buff/debuff” modules. Following that analogy of yours two cov ops shouldn’t use plasma arc on the same target at same time. And if one have in mind OP inties this is not good.  :frowning:

No, not in regular PvP. Aliens are capable to do that, but not the normal Pulsar from Players.

The strongest Pulsar in your range is being chosen to hurt you, if it stops the next strongest Pulsar will hurt you, as long there is one.

Well could be, but imagine if guards could use multiple pulsar at same time… I personally would stop playin :stuck_out_tongue:

That may have been the case. Though at least two were yello- oh right, one was mine. XD

Also it’s a really good effect when you use Pulsar, A1MA and ADM at the same time. XD

Different DMG sources have different “property types”, plasma arc does not create a de-buff on a target, it just directly does dmg in proximity with time intervals, while Pulsar creates a de-buff on all targets that are within range, hence no staking. While end result is the same - dmg in the area, mechanics of dmg applied are completely different.

I’m confused by this. Here is what I know.

 

  • Pulsar will zap all ships(not drones or buildings) in its radius
  • If a target is behind a “solid” obstacle or static barrier(I’ve noticed that some buildings don’t count) they won’t get hurt
  • if you use the module while it is on, it will turn it off, starting the normal cool-down (tapping it twice will turn it on then off)
  • you can only be hit by one pulsar at a time
  • the pulsar that would cause you the most damage will hit you if you are in range of more than one
  • I think two players can use pulsar on an NPC
  • The pulsar will do damage(zap you) in intervals while you are inside the pulsar’s range
  • I have never seen the A1MA’s “zap” animation
  • I don’t think plasma web stacks, it will only replace the effect with the new web(i am not sure of this)
  • Pulsar is OP in PvE  :snowgirl:
