| Describe problem and what you saw | Hellu everyone, today i tried to login again after aprox half a year.
since im using Steam to launch the game, i used my linked steam account to log in.
just to get the Error shown below.
(The Error is in german so i will translate it: purchase not possible.Reason: general error.)
down below are also al logs from the last login try.
after i contacted the support i as asked to run the .exe directly and logi via my e-mail. but this didnt word either. and now im stuck here… |

Have you tried logging in to star-conflict.com and checking your account from there? (see “profile” under your username in the top left.) I would also suggest trying to load the game from the launcher (downloaded from the main website as well) because often times that will solve many of these problems.
after using the launcher to login i still get the error but i get logged in. but when I want to start a game i get a matchmaking error. internal matchmaking error.
EDIT: i cant change devices on any of my ships. -> Gerneral Device error
i had a similar issue by making my account trough steam instead of gajin it is easy solved by making a gajin account and linking you’re steam account with it. after you run the game without steam and you will no longer have those issues
it is a normal gajin account linked to steam
do you log in trough email or still trough steam ?
dont seem to get my credits
i can do both, trought steam if i use the normal steam liabry to start or emal if i run the .exe directly from the folder.
but i get the error on both ways
Well since i dont get any help with this problem i guess i have to quit this game.
