bug engineering tree skills

After the last update, I have made ​​a respec skills and I found a bug.

In engineering tree, the ability " armor reinforcement set" tell me i need " req**. **** Economical **** laser **** 3 " but " economical laser " have only in " economical laser 1**"

Ok but… now im no learn any skill in engineering :S any suggest? Im waiting for new update? LOL… need armor reinforcements… improved armor… and more and i can’t
