Positrons are no slow weapons. Didn’t watch the video but at typically 10k projectile speeds a good positron gunner is very hard to avoid. It’s not like you and him are alone on the map so you cannot dedicate all your evasive maneuvering to him alone. You WILL get hit and due to the high alpha damage if you get hit at the wrong moment that’s that.
And cloak + attack from the back only works on bad players 1v1. You have exactly zero chance to survive in an Eagle-B (= no EB) trying to backstab a half-competent Jerry LRF.

Yes, LR frigates are too weaks against the covert ops, especially against Eagle-B. LRFs needs shield boost or more resistance against EM damage to survive a covops attack.
Eagle B is not the best cov ops in tier 3. Also, the lack of a capacitor slot makes it a yummy target for positron charged shots and guided missiles.
And maybe you don’t know, buy many people in cov ops think they are invisible while camoed, but they are not, you just can’t lock on them, and you can just fire at them if they are not making evasive maneuvers while trying to sneak in. Also torpedoes don’t care if you are camoed or not, they just die anyway.
Btw, I think 3 of the kills in that video were cov ops (and most likely Eagle-Bs) so no, I’m not having much trouble against cov ops.
Em Torpdeo is used by all the Frigate classes so to have it nerfed or to the use of an F-Module would not work.
One I like is the missile implant to extend range by 75 % comes in HANDY when dealing with Empire Snipers ( or an occasional Clueless Capt) back thinking they are immune from getting hit.
