Implant advantage - okay - but 9 slots? T4 destroyer will have them already so no advantage for T5s.
The destroyer in Spec Ops show how anomaly generator can work. While you are correct, you forget, that the balance lies in the imbalance itself. You can’t have a gravitational force in such a manner without destroying yourself(else it would be less useful against anything smaller than yourself).
