The current situation is not good at all.
With the disappearance of the “enclave” maps, there doesn’t seems a way to farm reputation with the 3 major factions anymore. Killing pirates or aliens only gives generic karma.
That means that any player who hasnt maxed the reputations yet (or at least, raised them to a point the local faction share radar with us, which is very pratical to know where enemies are, or find forgotten drones. Plus the local forces don’t immediately aggro if we accidentally hit them), have very little chance to be able ever reach it now.
Even just recovering reputation lost from accidentally destroying “local” ships when farming is a lot harder now. It risks leading players in a downward spiral of negative reputation easily and then they’ll start getting attacked by the local forces on sight.
The rare spawn of “enclave destroyer” (+ the fighter ships it brings) are absolutely not enough to farm or even recover reputation.
