Bad Ping and Packet Loss from EU server and from US server

Describe the bug in a few words/sentences.

 

When entering an EU or US server, I get unusually high ping and packet loss. I live in the US.

 

Why do you think this is a bug.

 

Bad server quality is not acceptable.

 

How often does this bug occur.

 

Every game today on December 24, 2014.

 

What was your last action/How to reproduce the bug.

 

Starting a match.

I will post US server information later.

 

US server no longer seems to be acting up. Before it had similar issues to the EU server.

I checked the logs, first thing I see is “Klypto [GArc]” :smiley:

 

Also, I have been having packet loss, and I almost never do.

We have a problem with high latency in the US datacenter.

Now we try to fix it.

Skula, I was receiving an average of about 380-390 ping with packet loss moving from 2% to the highest of 22% on a US server. Some of my new videos on the new weapons may show it.

Current the EU server mentioned above is averaging at 93 ping with very, very minute amounts of packet loss.

I rarely get any packet loss % on the Russian servers, but now I get 3% - 4%.

I think it’s the issue with overloaded servers.

Which probably means, the same ones, like the ones over a year ago.

Am I right or wrong?

Our hoster having temporarily problem with their uplink. 

Does hoster mean me or you? What does uplink mean?

 

 


 

Here is are some screenshots and logs. When I do CMD tests I get good results but as you can see from the game log i had packet loss of up to 18%. This is a US server. Why is this happening?
