ships does not automatically repair or purchase ammo after battle and the optons are all marked
what should i do ?
For me it seems that it is just the ammo that is not getting auto-resupplied even though the option is ticked.
Are you using the red ‘launch’ button to re-enter battles after each battle from the score screen? That’s most of the time bugged. Other than that, i don’t know.
Regarding repairs, you can un-tick the auto-repair option and manually repair your ships when they reach 0 durability, save yourself 300-500k credits per week 
I’m getting the bug from going back to hanger, it just doesn’t replen ammo, though it seems it is only crafted ammo that is not getting replenished.

I don’t use relaunch, and i can make 300k credits in one hour so i’m not worried about it
This seems to be a random happenstance as sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve tried to replicate this with the same ship and ammo, and it has only happened once so far.

Also, there is an issue with “stuck in battle screen” after some battles in PvP or Special Ops.
The only way to solve this issue, if it happens is to relog. It used to be fine before the update.

How to reproduce this bug:
1.) Equip any ship or a Destroyer.
2.) Equip Invasion-crafted ammunition, like Focusing Lens.
3.) You can play AI match with it.
4.) Die once on purpose with a Destroyer.
5.) You will see that auto-repair and resupply don’t work for any of the ships used, even when enabled.
