I got this error once I downloaded the latest launcher. then everytime I start the game it errors: Start star conflict from Arc. and the game shuts right after the first loading. I tried to move and then delete the ArcSDK.dll and then launcher analyzed files and redownloaded it but I got the same messages and errors. what should I do?
If you played over the Arc, try to delete all and reinstall launcher
If you don’t use the Arc, delete appinstallconfig.xml from game folder.
Thanks a lot for answer. I actually solved the problem by installing the older launcher. I still had it in my downloads folder (the one without the Arc in it’s name). and I deleted all game files except data folder (I didn’t want to download al 5.3 GB again). the older launcher redownloaded missed files and game runs ok now.
