"Arc Service Interaction Error"

I recently redownloaded the game using ARC and linked my Gaijin account with my Arc account. However I am now getting this lost server connection issue. I was able to access the game once or twice before this issue arose. I just uninstalled the game and redownloaded it through ARC, but the same issue occurred. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you

Please, make standard bugreport with logs and screenshots

You need to delete your StarConflict folder under My Documents, My Games folder.

After you start the game, it will be generated again.
