Just undock from your dreadnought’s faction in Invasion. There should be a warpgate to a sector called shipyard or something.
Each Shipyard dock is located in the home sector of the main base. Just check the map - Tab key.

Anyone had problems visiting the shipyard for the first time? We have the federation one and I couldn’t pass through the gate with empire ship. Then I tried with a fed ship and it worked. Later, however, I could use ships from other factions too. Is this a bug or what?
Probs a one-time bug. Nothing to flip out over. Xp
And farming fed engineers is actually a great source of income. Now if only there was a cargo drone in the dock sector…

Karma and aggro are both pretty nice to avoid. Plus, do you know how hard it is to ram something with cruise engines? It’s pretty damn hard.
