So… It has been a while since the 0.8.whatever update last was applied. Is the next ‘big’ content patch still a long ways off, or close to release? On the in-game global channel, asking this question, I’ve gotten all kinds of guesses, ranging from “totally gonna happen this week” to “sometime next year, bro”.
So… any educated guesses / hinted insider info you are aware of regarding this?
Last patch was only 3 working days ago. It was huge Russian holidays(1-12 of May). Be patient please.

To be clear - I am talking about ‘large’ updates that have noticeable changes. Tiny invisible bugfixes without any notice are NOT what I meant.
And the holidays sure didn’t keep the devs from making/running the tournament, far as I saw…

Patch 0.8.0 was released the 25th of april, so there was an entire work week before the 1. of May. And besides, this is business: You just don’t release a patch radically changing the game and then go on vacation. That would be nuts.
23 of April actually - I rechecked. My mistake. Working days: 24-26, 29-30, 6-8, 13-14. Actually 7 working days from the last patch 
And i didn’t said that the next patch will be delayed more.

Yes, it would be nice getting some news regarding the next patch. My IRL friends are slowly abandoning SC, as they dont find it particularly amusing to shoot at 50k. hull Ceberus 2 Engineering frigates.
Why abandone SC. I use my cerberus 2 with 50k and they kill me just act toghether with yout friend, and wen i boring i kill 50k cerberus in many way with trakler, guard, coverops, gunship, command and engy. Need to try with recon use microwarp and ecm but wit allies cover fire. Engi are ‘’ invincible’’ in normal fire way the key is to stun and act toghether. the only thing must nerf is remote shield cooldow just 10 sec more.

because since 8.0 the game has lost all it’s fun components and it’s now a grind instead of fun.

No i fell the passage and i upset for lost some things. But now wen i understand roles and module i like it. And like to change roles, now we have 9 way to play in 3 tier…i said 3 becouse t1 is a tutorial for me. before patch we have only 3 type and aren t so deep for a buff in one tipe of module. And im not a squad player im plaing a lot solo and is second game i decide to put money for take a licenze…and im nerd. There are day with have less funny to other but always im happy to play.
So now the game is more fun for me more random.
PS i dont think to have said so crasy thing to have a down in my last post. Different opinion finisch.
All they need to do is make loyalty gain a standard reward from playing the game (as it used to be) and not ONLY from loot/contracts. And fix the bugs. Everything else is fine so far.
