Antares has 9 modification slots now?

WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN??

 

I built my antares last year and only have 8 slots, but if i refit it (don’t have money yet ATM), i can get 9 slots. Is there a way i can refit my ship for free? Obviously something is messed up on my account.

about a month ago all r7+ ships have 9 slots.

No you can not refit for free

Ok thanks guys. Looks like i got 15k to make so I can refit both my destroyers LOL.
