Allow Player Trading Within Corp

This isn’t a suggestion - as much as it is a neccessity. I feel this is a general topic. Players should be allowed to directly trade (purple/yellow/green) modules within their specific corps.

I propose to allow direct player to player trading (swapping items/ships/gear/weapons, etc) within corporations.

This will stop any bot activity fears surrounding this topic.

Of course, players could create trading only corporations, and this would be, in my opinion, awesome. :good:

Thats an excellent start!

+1 pls…

with reduced loot price , this become a necessarity.

like the idea but unfortunately we`ll never see something like this implemented

No point in allowing trade only within a corp, as players can swap corps temporarily and trade. You might as well allow trading with anyone. In either case, hello selling purples for real money, so probably not going to happen.

yeah. theyre trying to avoid RMTing , account hacking and so on thus I can understand their decision of banning trade alltogether

RMT’s?

Seriously? The game itself is a RMT!

I paid REAL MONEY for some of my modules. I would like to trade with other people who paid RM or traded for their modules. That’s not a deal breaker by any means!

If its laziness on the Dev’s part, thats one thing. Hopefully, not.

You will never, ever convince me that this will kill or hurt a game if it is done properly. Look at Diablo III, Eve or any other game out there, really.

Sheesh, you all make it sound like a holocost and its just NOT.

There are alot of people who do not want this to turn into Diablo AH. NO THANK YOU! We do not want item trading. No!

Trading is a “necessary evil”, an mmo isn’t complete without a trade system.

No, no and no.

To add trade and have it actually make sense, SC would need to become more of a random loot game than it is. I.e remove blues & maybe even Mk.2 modules/weapons from the store and have them be loot instead. And probably introduce a ton more of loot “levels” with increasingly marginal differences.

Personally I prefer the sure grind of reputation and credits to get something I need to wading through Diablo III’s auction house looking for a deal or waiting for the lucky roll.

Salesdrop on premium modules when purple modules can be traded:

100%.

There is your answer why it’s not going to happen.

It might work if the trade would cost gold (that goes to the company as a fee), in addition to requiring license for both parties. Othervise I don’t see reason why they would voluntarily break their income and risk failure to support the game anymore due to lack of funds.

Diablo and “every other game out there” are poor examples, as I think all those games have totally different economy-plan (not free-to-play).
