Alien Space object placement glitch (texture corruption)

In alien space (all sectors, which do have the same background) have this visual issue!

It resembles a some sort medical sign (snake around the pole), but I believe that it is only somewhat glitched background.

This issue was not presented in 1.2.1 update.

Where to find it? Open Space, any Alien Space (Leviathan is just one of such locations).
