Please nerf alien scout, this is why:
I’m a level 10 guard +3000k heavy blasters with em resistance and phase shield on em.
I can take out 6 hunters at once without being killed, I can even destroy a predator alone, but 2 scouts, and I am dead ???
It takes too long before they get killed, there too strong for being scouts
Make them a bit stronger as biomorphs, but slightly less then hunters
biomorphs are the covops or recons
scouts are the gunships
hunters are the light guards
predators are heavy guards
Your problem is your weapon of choice. Heavy blaster is great against hunters or predators because they are big and fat. Scouts are small and nimble, so your applied DPS is much lower.
Also, scouts strength lies in numbers, 1 or 2 are easy to kill, but on squads of 4, they are deadly even against guards because their total DPS is much bigger than those of a single hunter or predator.
They pop from coil mortar, I assume they are less resistant for kinetic.
My Mauler Positron 2-hits them.
I 'm changing my heavy blaster guard to a coil-mortar guard and see what the results will be.

I’ve played again with kinetic weapons (guard, tackler) but noticed that scout’s hull are still too strong, shield strength are ok.
with +2000K dmg/s kinetic it takes a long time to take them down
and 1 other thing, low rank sectors are unplayable with scouts in it, you cannot complete any missions if there are scouts flying around.
It must be playable even if you are flying solo (what most players do)
please nerf the scouts hull or move them to rank 10 sectors and replace them with biomorphs in lower ranked sectors

I agree. The only way that you can beat more that 2 scouts at a time is with a styx with coils.

I too am fairly narked about this. Scouts are wayyyy too strong.
I’d rather take on a group of Hunters, personally.
