recently I found the quest in open space (Blackwood Shipyard) by Eric Holst and accepted…
but I have no idea on how to solve it or how to delete this task (don’t have the ‘X’ button in that list’s frame).
Can anybody help me?

It can’t be deleted.
If it wants you to find some ‘sun’, try in Pandora Anomaly zone near anomaly.
