Add the Timer in Combat Recon for our and enemy Captain

Simple suggestion: (HUD interface)

 

When I am playing Combat Recon mode, I want to see the timer, so that I know, when our Captain or more importantly, enemy Captain will be vulnerable again.

You can just add a special HUD icon, which shows the cooldown. Remember, all players should be able to see it, not just the Captains.

This is needed for better strategic planning.
