Is there a way to activate two modules at the same time by pressing only one key?

Nope, and it is actually banned by the game rules:
“6.3. Use of any software and / or hardware automation, allowing you to assign more than a single command to one key. Whereby two similar commands, following one after the other, are considered different commands”
Strange, but tx.
Why is this banned? It seems rather strange… I mean… I set my fire key for my main weapons to a keyboard toggle key so I don’t have to click a ton. Is this banned as well?

Not as long as you haven’t bound two actions to the same key. (which I don’t think is possible using the game’s interface anyway - you would need some external hack)
Alright. I’m still curios as to the origin of this rule though…
Just push both buttons at the same time.
Problem solved.

Not if your keyboard only accpets three inputs like mine… And you are trying to strafe in two directions, afterburn, and accelerate all at the same time… Not to mention activate your active modules. I mean I got five fingers in my left hand, and i’d like to be able to use them all XD
Omg yes. I have a problem where if I’m strafing left and after burning forward, I can’t press my fourth module key! But it works on all the others!!! XD

Haven’t seen you in a long time. Welcome back.
If you use the scroll wheel for the targeting keybinds you free up space around the right of the special module. So for example you could have Gunship Overdrive on F and Aiming Overcharge on G and press both relatively easily.

Good luck detecting it when transferred to mouse driver, but rules are rules.
This is against the game rules. Macros are not allowed - one key equals one actions.
