Achievements remain locked even after required actions are completed

I (along with others) have completed the requirements for several achievements, and have not gotten them unlocked
- How often does this bug occur.
It has happened to me on 2 occasions (once with 2 achievements at the same time, once with 1 achievement)

Before the game was updated (probably due to annoyed people not getting achievements) uppon completing a special operation against the destroyer, no achievements were given regarding special operations completions, now it is updated to “Complete a special operation against the Defiler” (first and second achievements not acquired due to this were completion of a special operation, and completion of a special operation without dying) NOW uppon completion of a special operation while piloting a destroyer (even if you’re still alive at the end) no achievements are rewarded. THIS HAS TO BE A BUG, it can be that they’re going to fix it so it says “Complete a special operation against the Defiler on a destroyer” because DESTROYERS ARE RANK 8
