I’m not sure exactly where to post this so I hope this is the right place. So firstly, i’ve been playing this game for about a month now and have worked hard at getting my fleet strength up and progressing up the ranks and have finally made it to rank 15 and a fleet strength of 50.
I really enjoy this game and have had only a few little problems with it mainly to do with lag, packet loss and high ping. I run the game through Steam normally and login in with that account when the game starts up.
This brings me to my question, how do I log into the game without using steam?!!! I use the same email registered with steam and have had the password sent to my email multiple times and all it does is log me into a brand new game without anything unlocked.
Is there a way to find the details Steam uses to log into Star Conflict?
I eventually came to the conclusion that I had to make a web-account separate from my steam account then link them.
I did that.
Now, not to steal the thread but on a mostly related note, I then made a galactic standards purchase on the web and … well I never got any standards in game.
Currently awaiting response to my open ticket on the support website.
EDIT: My point is I don’t think the account linking worked.
You can log into the game using your email and password by launching the executable file out of the steamapps folder on your computer (rather than launching thru steam).
That also seems to have properly synced up my account because I got my credits now. All I did was login through the executable launcher rather than the steam launcher.
