This is just a warning before you buy galactic standards, Please do not spend any money on this game that you are not willing to lose. I bought galactic standards 1 week ago and have still not received them. My Support ticket is being ignored and the response to my PAYPAL claim was “we dont refund, Period!”
So, before you click Buy on your purchase, ask yourself, do i care if i dont get anything in return? If the answer is yes you do, then dont go through with the purchase.
I have given them every opportunity to resolve my issue but i have not even been graced with a response from anyone, ingame or through the support section.
MY faith in Gaijin is slowly crumbling away. It wouldn’t even surprise me if this post was deleted.

I bought a DLC and I got everything in seconds, you can’t just come here and generalize like that.
If smth happened to u it doesn’t mean it will happen with the rest too, anyway that’s not an excuse for what is happening. I hope they can solve your problem.

I never generalized that everyone would have this happen. I merely said it cold happen, and if you dont want that possibility, then don’t buy any.
Hopefully they will resolve my issue, but with 1 week old ticket with no reply on something this serious makes me wonder!

Do you play through Steam?
If yes, did you ‘link’ your Steam account with your Gaijin account? If not, the purchase will be sitting on your Gaijin account and your Steam account will be blissfully unaware of this fact.
Meanwhile, I will forward your case. Please bear with me.
I have not had any issues using Stream…as all my transactions are immediate. In fact I must of spent TOO much within a short time period as I actually got SUSPENDED while they researched … I had to answer back with specific details.
Begining to wonder if one or two of the Dev’s were able to take that vacation due to the sudden influx of GS
Im pleased to say it is now resolved. I did do the 1 time lonk when i started playing the game but for some reason because steam was ‘remembering my account details’ it didnt sych up the purchase.
When i followed the below instructions which forced me to relog in, it worked fine.
If you have not received GS:
Launch the game by pressing game.exe in the Steam folder: SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\star conflict\
Log in to your Gaijin account. Check the purchase.
Run the game via Steam.
I also learned that Gaijin work on tickets based on the time since it was last updated, not the time since it was logged. So if you want a ticket to be answered then dont update it after its creation time.
All in all it was just down to a synch issue between my gaijin account and my steam account thankfully.
Thanks to the support team for forwarding my case and giving me the resolution.
