  1. After trying to rush it, I hit T4 last night and when I got my Eagle, I noticed a little star ribbon (?) appear in the lower left corner of some of my other ships, does anyone know what this means (see attached image)?

 

  1. When is T5 going to hit? Release?

 

  1. When does rep stop? Right after Rank 12 or right before Rank 13?

 

As a side note, whose bright idea was it to put the fish tail in the Eagle model? It brings it from awesome down to tolerable.

1)It indicates that your ship has reached its max synergy level.

2)It will be after the game release. No dates available for both.

 

3)You can rank up your sub factions(for example Wardan) to rank 15, but your main faction(Empire) is capped to rank 12.

Addition: your racial reputation will be uncapped for 12+ ranks after T5 patch. No date for this.
