40% Packet Loss - Russian Server

So I just had a game on server in the RU region with 40% packet loss.

It would appear that the issue has not been fixed.

 

What’s the deal?

It seems to be a specific one, as some have low packet loss, and one or two have very high.

It is fine on my end, or just being lucky

I hardly have consistent packet loss. I’ll have moments of 25%+ but it’s mostly my ISP being dumb.
