Good morning folks!
I just wake up for about an hour now,and decided to open up my laptop and jump into StarConflict to do my early dailyes.But guess what…after a short(very short) analysing of the game files,the launcher decided that it needs to downoad ~2.7Gb of data…is this a huge update,or maybe some of my files were corrupted or missing,and it is just repairing the game?
I had the game up-to-date until today.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Same for me (steam version). It seems they are pre-downloading assets in preparation for some big patch soon. Maybe christmas patch? Asssuming they go on holidays in one or two weeks, they might need to have it all ready in-game beforehand, but without telling us what it is 
On the other hand, maybe the changes are already visible in-game, like the snowy hangar and dancing little people we had last year. I won’t be able to log in to check until later…
Strange,I just logged in and there is nothing new,does the update release for each region individually or what?

Me too, no update for me. Since it’s a pre-load (a big one) it will be released gradually I guess.

Ok,guess I can make a few screens of the game files till its not too late to see what is different,that or they either will keep stuffing the PAKs with content.
We got a lot of client files into data folder.

Yes,yes,we saw it,I don’t think allows you to tell us what lies within so it is my duty to bust in the .pak files and crack them open to reveal the secret features buried among with the greatest precision!Now where did I put my rifle scope…
The ‘linux’ fix or whatever you want to call it needed to download 800mb. Need to check later if today it require too to download ‘move around stuff’…

Steam update was just ~800MB, if you were on another platform the full size of the update was 2.7GB.
Was wondering why there was such a large ninja update. Glad to hear it’s a pre-load update.
