Usually the jump from tier 2 to tier 3 is hard because you went from a rank 6 full synergy ship, which is top of the line in tier 2, to a stock tier 3, without even green modules.

 

And that sucks. No matter how good you are.

 

But you will get more credits, you will level up your ships, and you will be able to fight toe to toe with almost anyone. In case you get 3 or 4 men squads in the enemy team, try to stick to your team and don’t YOLO.

 

 

Yes it’s more than “you farm me, i leave”, but that’s one of the reasons. Atm t3 is a nubzone where skilled players goes for easy matches (or more understandble reason: lack of people in higher contents ok). Most of the guys going down there wants just an easy win, and they are doing that against people that hardly understand basics game mechanics. 

They don’t want fair matches or good fights, as i told you in pvt: notice that most of those kill squads when start to find equal opponents will leave the que as soon they loose a match. This is farming man. 

And this is one of the reason people leave.

 

If I want an easy win, I will pick tier 2 or tier 4 before tier 3. Just saying.

When we had mixed tiers, this was much better, the only problem was the Premium -1 MM status, other wise all Purple R6 were mixed with greenish R7/8 and it was not as despair as when you get green R7 mixed with purple R9

Ive recently started this game and i love the play style.

 

Ive started pve and pvp in T1 and its a great and fun way to start the game, i could kill other players in pvp, pve was fun and not too hard.

 

reached T2 and pvp stayed the same, pve was a huge bump in dificulty, but when i got my rank 6 frigate it became abit more easier, and i always could pvp too.

 

Now i hit T3 today, pve, since its still the same tier became even easier, still needing abit more coordination but its alot of fun, pvp is umplayable…

every single maxed out player with purple weapons, premium ships are there, as a new player ive 0 chance to kill anyone face to face, pvp dies for a new player like me at T3.

 

Ive read about how T3 was but its brutally worst than all my worst fears, i can imagine how many new players, like me, have quit when reaching T3, i guess my only choice is to pve from now on because pvp isnt an option as a new player, its sad, this is a great game but the bad community, and yes going T3 instead of max tier and “farm” new player (i did several T3 pvp fights and always was targeted or some other poor soul as new to the game as me).

 

Dont see a point in going behond T2 now, since i know i dont stand a chance in T3, too bad i was looking forward to see invasions and higher pvp and pve action.

Again, you are ding to the two weeks plus other pilots have in game.

It is not the purpled builds.

Give us greens, the results are going to be 95% the same.

 

I hate it when other people are better then me.

 

So I practice lose, practice lose, over and over.

After a while I was able to fight against the pilots who were better then me.

 

Sometimes, I still lose…

I advise you enjoy t1 or t2 a bit more first before rushing up to the higher tiers where the stronger players live (t3/4/5) ((it is not a race)). You won’t have much experience for the higher tiers after 1 week of playing and they won’t be enjoyable
