1.3.12 PvM Missions with Cruiser as 3rd phase

In missions where the Cruiser is the third and final phase, the Cruiser no longer slows down once the 4 rear engines are destroyed.

First noticed in Fire Support mission and now in the Sector Defence mission.  

The missions can not be completed since the cruiser reaches the endpoint before it has a chance to be further attacked after the engines are destroyed.
