What does this mean?: unable to launch into free space zitr_account_rank_is_not_enough

Everytime i click on “Get” for any weapon. It says "Can be picked up from destroyed enemies in zone (whatever zone is required).

Then i try to undock and the error pops up.

What rank does it refer to. Like my level? Or is it something else?

 

Also. I am able to get into open space without this thing. And reach said zone manually.

You can only access certain sectors when you reach certain clearance levels (pilot level in the top right).

if you don’t meet the minimum it won’t let you go there.
