I earned this seed chips from OS, and I have problem deciding whether to install this seed chip to my Zeta plasma buster build or not.
Since plasma buster build is EM damage, reduced weapon damage can be compensated by increased EM damage+ critical chance increase.
However my big concern is that does total damage means ‘Weapon damage only’ or ‘Weapon+module damage’?
If it includes module damage, I have to reconsider about installing it.
