New player here need some info

I just started today, and I am only at level 4.

However, I can’t select to use different factions’ ship nor using workshop to build a ship. I am stuck with Empire’s ship for some reason.

So will different factions’ ships and workshop be available at higher level ?

Yeap, you need upping levels for unlock, all this stuf: fractions, ships, open spase, game mods, worksop.
