I like the design of the Salyut-St itself, but hesitated when I looked into the ship bonus and status.
This ship has only 1 shield and 1 hull slot which is against the common ECM rules. Also, the ship HP is not quite good comparing to other ECMs. (R14 Storm viking has more hp than this one)
For special module and ship bonus (strafe speed and ecm module effective range) tell me that this ship is not for brawling but strafing in the medium distances.
I wonder if this strategy works in T5 PvP meta or not.
If somewhat viable I would try this ship, but if no I will go Karud instead.
