My little friend, this has nothing to do with devs, this is how THE MATH works, rounding up and rounding down is taught in preliminary scholls, grade 1-2, what I wrote there can be found in math textbooks or alternatively on Google / Wikipedia, getting use to these resources is very valuable skill because this will be a must skill in College/ University.
