I have yet to have a pvp match without aliens in the game since they were re-added to pvp. Sometimes the aliens help win the game, but most of the time I find them to be detrimental to my team. Aliens in pvp defeat the purpose of pvp, as pvp literally stands for Player Vs. Player, not Player vs. Player and some super-OP AI’s. Having one bot on each team is already contradicting the pvp aspect, but adding aliens to the mix is exponentially worse. I am perfectly fine with the alien gates in the base sectors in open space, but adding aliens to pvp was a stupid idea. On top of that, why won’t devs learn from past experience? The last time aliens were added to pvp most of the players in Star Conflict hated it. Aliens need to be removed from pvp. I personally am most likely (am most definitely) going to refrain from (completely stop) playing pvp until the aliens are removed and stick to pve and seccon.
Having aliens in pvp is ruining this game, as it did the first time this happened. If this event continues much longer, this game will lose a lot of players, and if it is permanent, you can kiss this game goodbye.

oh hey look, i left because i got tired of the low player pop and i check the forums once and it seems the game is going downhill in ways I wasn’t even able to imagine.

In tier 3 is not that bad. The problem are high tier games with small numbers.
But yeah, I hope they remove it soon. At least they are not in t5 or sq games.
Yesterday I was testing something with Engle in a custom game, guess what ? Alien showed there also… this is utterly crap ! I even destroyed the 2 day premium as a way to protest but today I login only to discover that the premium was added anyway…

i played a few t5 games yesterday, they were there. then dropped down to t4 for a few games, they were also there and thus logged off

Aliens in PvP suck! It’s a stupid idea and should never have been done!
Yep, I played a mix of t5 and t3 yesterday, every game had aliens, so I am done with pvp until the aliens are removed. I’m glad they aren’t in seccon, but still, seccon is only once every 4 hours.
I can confirm they removed the aliens from PVP again. GOOD!!!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but
a) there were no “boycott of PvP”
b) there were no “mass outcry”
I have no clue why they added and then removed them shortly, but i wouldn’t count on that they removed it because of couple of whiny little kids.
