Tips : you don’t win less if you loose (check your detailed log if you don’t believe me).
So if you’re being farmed, just resign. Command is /resign. Or take a level 1 free repair ship in your last slot. You’ll loose, but you won’t pay.
That’s what I do when I encounter a squad of fully fitted ESB pilots that rape my team (Yudjin, wait for it, soon I will kill you!!!)
I do agree that T4 is a squad level. Without voice coordination it’s very hard to get the necessary teamplay.
