Yep, we did it to make tournaments available for everyone
i like the availability during the week, but think about T3/T5 in the future, as i think a large amount of players do have T3 ships, and T5 feels so full right now, but suffers from the new “desocialization” features yet again.
T2 should not be as long, as you should be able to pass at least one faction to t3 in one week with active play. That’s how progression should feel, so there would be no need to go tournaments in T2.
T5 should have less squad restrictions, and become a truly “messy” place with squads all over the place in all sizes, at least in the highest Queue, which should be easy to distinguish (3 fully synergized t5 in loadout or 1 and enough free synergy to synergize 3 ships in t5 completely). T5 needs a constant endgame, best accompanied by future tries to make each mission a PvE (openspace, pve) / PvP (all pvp modes) alternative, except the holiday missions.
at least thats my 2 cents (which didnt change much in value)

Rapturous agreement bout this.
It seems to me that what little squadding is around in T5 is hilariously broken right now though.
When playing T5 recently i have noticed that the better 2 man squad is having the ranks filled out by considerably better players almost every time, it makes for very one sided matches. Win or lose i dont like that. I realise its a delicate balance sometimes but some games in T5 have ended up pretty large with one side being ‘top’ or at least very recognizable players/corps and the other being oneshipstevie the lrf captain with the handbrake on and his band of solo rushing paper plane pilots.
Releasing squad restriction or applying ship rank/slot restriction in T5 may go some way to fix this. Or at the very least make T5 pvp seem like end game content.
Please make T5 tourneys like T3 tourneys. You WILL have players.
BTW: the one second jump when someone joins the map still exist in open space.

Where have all the mk4 upgrade kits gone from PvP loot? I have not had a single one in the last 6 days and I have been playing a fair bit during this time! Have they been removed from the loot table?

Nothing has been changed in loot system.
