Someone send this to skula… Ive only had a comment from Error via PM on this thread whereas other threads pertaining to the tournament with screencaps and a log (usually game and/or game.net) have gotten comment, despite no refrences to possible causes with no real collection of instances in screenshots/video/logs.

Yeah. Until this is fixed, this game is dead. I’m not playing it, and I don’t blame anyone else for walking away now either.
Supposedly some kind of maintenance has been performed on servers, is issue still there? If yes, make sure you attach LOGS.

I agree with millanbel. So many logs to analyze will take a lot of time, but in the end, it’s your choice.

It shouldn’t be concerned with how big logs are, there more of log data is available the better, there is no such thing as to much log information.
It is not hard looking through logs, there are plenty of tools to speed up the process and many companies develop their own internal tools and parses as well.
There should be a rule, that any complain in Bug report section must be accompanied by set of logs, or it is invalid or just removed.

The problem is more for me: which logs do I share? All my game logs for the past two weeks? Because there hasn’t been a single day where something hasn’t gone wrong… I’d be happy to do it if it helps, but I don’t see how.
Gonna login now and see if this server maintanence has helped 
Have some logs from today. First game was a PvE, second was a PvP. It took the better part of ten minutes to get the notification that my ships were out of battle after the game had ended.
This is completely ridiculous. I am reinforcing the previous statement that I have made: I am not spending another cent on this game so long as it has such bad upkeep and monetization.

At this point, I think the servers maybe settling down but,
there is 8 documented failed attacks with the logs and Photos attached!
each attack cost our corp 1205 iridium.
I would like to humbly ask for a refund of the iridium we have spent in these failed attacks

Still saw it a few times over the last couple of hours, but overall much better today.
You’re all frustrated, and I promise you, I’m frustrated, too; even the GMs are having problems performing duties with server outages.
I would like to state, however, that the developers know the situation, and it is quite complicated from what I hear. At this time, I personally do not have a timeline for you all, but I would assume that the issues will be resolved as soon as they can be since this is literally game-breaking. Furthermore, I would encourage you all to help the administrators and game masters as best you can by providing accurate, full documentation of the issues. Many of you have already been submitting game logs, etc, and this is good. This provides the devs with tangible things that they can use to help fix this problem.
I appreciate those of you who are, for the time being, sticking around to see this thing through. Games have growing pains; We are experiencing a pretty painful one right now, but it will pass. As we near the Fall update, more and more players are joining the game—new players, new ideas, new energy. Therefore, it is imperative that we maintain a positive, productive attitude as we navigate through this.
Thanks again, everyone. I’m sorry that no other GM/CM/Admin has posted on this thread yet, but I wanted to at least communicate to the community that we are all suffering and we will pull through if we maintain our focus.
