Just for Orca1911
Attack guards (Reaper) => Narwhale
Long range frigate (Gargoyle) => Killer whale (Orca)
Empire destroyers => Sperm whale (Pottwal ![;)](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/002.png “;)”)
Guards => Archelon turtle
I still feel the true whales are Styx and Minotaur.
Save the Styxes.
Sirius is the whale, or an extra large maggot.
I’d say ecm and tacklers are more like spiders or those worms with sticky guns

It is pretty fast tho, the big slow empi engies even move the right kind of lazy. It could be a maggot, just imagine it cocoons up and suddenly turns into a butterfly
We could also think about earths’ early prehistoric past, when we had lots of huge reptilians swimming our oceans.

They have harpoons!
Could be related to Reaper also.
Yo ho ho and a bottle of cytoplasm, arr.
I think a lot depends on choice of weapon and playstyle as to how you would compare each ship to an animal. My gauss tacklers I would compare to a scorpian, with sudden, very painful, killing attacks, whereas jeri tackler with gravi-beam and slowing missiles and mods I would compare to a spider, using it’s web to paralyse and enemy and slowly kill it.
Same with gunships: bubble gunship would be eagle, diving in for its prey in one swoop, whereas a gauss gunship would be more of an chameleon, using its long tongue to catch prey far away.
(oh dear, I think I got high on my breakfast this morning)
Can I have some too please?
