is a useless system which does bring us orwells fantasys in that game. not what i really would like to see!. game is old. why they bring such now? peggy 12 is the reason i was told. but how many do play that game which are 12 years old. is it better to throw away the pilot base they have for useless orders ?peggy 12 is not the real reason in my view. is only wht they did choose as answer.

Freedom of speech can’t be breached with a game for me. But it’s very annoying that we had to get this after 3 years and not immediately from the start, if it’s really necessary.

I mostly agree. Most people are usually older than 12. In fact, with so small population it makes little sense to invest resources in something like this. At least it should work like it’s supposed to. There must be probably only legal reasons for such action, but I do not condone it.
sorry again. freedom of speech can be branched with a game as it is a eternal human right!. Would be ok if they filter only the global chat but they do same for private chat. that is the real issue for me. and this i condemm for sure

He keeps saying “will be fixed next patch” and then next patch all the devs have done is added one or two words to their stupid “whitelist”. There is no recognition that the whole system is flawed. That’s what I was trying to say.

See that is the thing when he says they will fix it - he mean the issues you guys report, and then they do and Fix it, you assume that every-time he says we will fix it next patch he means the whole thing.
So to me it looks like you guys should just report more words/issues so they can fix them each next patch.
To be honest even if the half the effort spent on complaining on this forum has been put to good use - like reporting bugs, making wiki/guides and stuff - the whole community would not be in xxxxz it is now.

You know we like to complain 
The thing is though, with a bug report you end up chatting with skula, and he’s not a very chatty person. It’s either black or white. If your bug isn’t 100% reproducable with logs and screenshots then it’s not a bug. While this may be good for actual bugs, I can’t see myself filing a bug report for each word I want whitelisted, especially when some messages it takes me 5 tries in order to find which word is actually the problem word. So instead I complain about the system in general, and hope it will be improved or removed, preferably the latter since my point about freedom of speech in an online social game is not one to be taken lightly.
Didnt cinnamon make a thread specificaly for a white list?
