True, at 0 resist, iirc. Still crazy powerful, all things considered. Inadequate is something this gun IS NOT.
I’ve tried it again lately, and I think just from shear accuracy from weapon spread it’s a better weapon.
So… 1.2-3k crits per second makes it a bad gun?..
I used a build on Eagle-B with purple Plasma and Purple Orion. x2 Crit dmg modules and all the crit talents. Could deal 6k crits to a guard due to the low EM resist :lol:

Just curious: IMO plasma guns are awesome and all… but is there anyone who goes as far as to fit a Kris AE with them? I still don’t really understand why the Kris AE favours shrapnels of all weapons…
Have you looked at the ship bonuses?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but as far as I can remember Kris AE has increased railgun projectile speed and reduced spread. All in all very good for the shrapnel, just that I feel that ECMs in general are better off with plasma guns. (I have pulse lasers equipped in T3 because I don’t have green plasmas.)

I used to fly the Kris-AE with RFB. Still do, tbh. I just find it easier to aim at enemy Ceptors than the Shrapnel.
