Also the part with numbers of teams:unlimited, does this mean a corporation can spam teams or max teams involved is unlimited? Didnt find anything regarding it…

Since this moment, transfers between corporations - closed. Pilots, who changed corporation after start of registration and joined to team will be not allowed to participate, and team will be punished.
If someone somehow can’t use russian forum, you can post your team here, this is allowed desu~

Reaver isn’t an energy converter in the usual sense so I don’t see why EC would be banned.
Because its “here, have all this damage x999 back at ya” module and defeats all tactical purposes of any kind, other than that its okay.
