Can’t be alien faction for obvious reasons. You know that the alien destroyers are bigger then our hangars right ?
If we have a new faction, it’ll be erydium.
And, it would be totally stupid to make one r15 destroyer with 10 slots, because then why would you craft a r14 ? Who would take months to craft a r14 “with only 9 slots” ?
Nah it’s impossible, or they like to loose money on creating ships for nothing.
But, I’ve just thought of something :
What if the new faction won’t sell ships at all. But instead is a *kind of* shop that allow you to upgrade your ships ?
TBH it’s not that stupid idea. We are researching hull, weapon, propulsion/command module of alien ships. Add shields and you have complete ship. Made from (hint, hint) live crystals ”)
We are researching new weapon based on Destroyer weapon, so… It would be a hint for the class of the ship. The problem with this kind of speculations is that they are making you think and concentrate on one solution, when there can be totally different explanation/solution ”)
Like when they were releasing SP ships and the next update we all were speculating what faction would get what role ships and they just put all the ships in at once. XD
But yeah one of the devs somewhere said that there was going to be a crystal ship so all we have to do now is wait the 3 years it will take for them to actually put it in the game.

Anyway, I wasn’t thinking about a ship made of live crystal (because it’s a ship on it’s own, not an upgrade).
But whole new field of upgrades available for all of the 200 existing ships.
So a maxed synergy ship can get upgrades with live crystal to do different things influencing his stats. Like adding one passive slot, or modifying his base stats.
I like speculating on things.

About this Sirius story: it would be awesome from SC to make this move. It would definitely have a positive impact on their reputation.
I was under the impression that it was the Antares that was going to be given to the new faction, along with Archelon, Stingay, and the new Nightingale.
And why does the Sirius look like a Jericho design?

The grind faction 
On page 2 I have before and afters of the broker pay outs. I heard the rewards are suppose to increase so we can unlock this destroyer in time. I have $40 invested or about 20,000 gold and I dont see myself getting this unlocked in time. I am also very short on beryllium and neodymium. Now that this in no longer dropping is PVP or PVE loot, I am concerned there is no way to get these other than paying.
I feel the $40 (20k gold) I have spent should have been more than enough to get me close enough to complete to this objective in time.

I added images to show. I have dozens more, but I feel this is more than enough.

Ive been getting less berry (with full R11 ships on loadout) than before…i get them but less often; i used to get 1 per 1,5 games and spec ops kinda ensured a berry drop (even with a R12 ship equipped), now it doesnt and feels like im getting 1 berry each 3 games (really rough estimate).
