Decent, but one word spiked me… considerable amount of monocrystals! Yeah, with a Premium License it can be much easier, but far from perfect.
Make means to get more monocrystals otherwise. Maybe 1 daily PvP and PvE should just drop 1 monocrystal each as a guaranteed purple daily loot spot!

Im almost sure it stacks, try it at captured dreadnought vs a turret (something with steady dmg). Having 5 locks grant you 60 resist points (less than nanocomposite)…lets say it wont save you from focused fire from 5 player ships xD

It does stack. Which makes it an essential implant for any team-based gamemode where focus fire is used.
