also i can’t imagine he would have built up an alt 1 month before he gets banned, advertising T2 gameplay

That is because alt accounts are useless in grind games. I can understand alts in EVE online where you can play with them at the same time (I knew one guy, who was one of the best PvPers there, who always flew his own flotilla of 5 ships), or in RTS / MOBAS to n00bstomp or training new strats at very high levels.
But here alts are useless, you can use any ship and module you have in any ship, and you can go and play t1 if you want all the day without any kind of retaliation, since it is legal.

No, I let my old stats stay.
I’ve sort of come back since invasion was released. The lag’s pathetic, but it’s better than PvE for remembering how to fly after about six months of not playing. It also eliminates the old ten minute waits to use a T4 ship!
