I’ve had a fair share of South American food, both authentic and a bit more Americanized. The Carne Asada of the Baja regions of Mexico is quite different in flavoring then of other kinds of Asada found elsewhere.
I had yet to taste how true mexican food is, or any other Central American meals, because I haven’t traveled there, I only know how most of the meat is cook here in South America xD
