I’d also like to add another thing.
Pressing cancel when the error dialog box pops up just brings up more error boxes and when it finally gets to the end, I’m removed from the game and left stuck in the lobby because my ships are apparently all still in battle! Very frustrating and, as has been noted before, not an issue before 0.8 patch!

Work-Around is keep clicking cancel and it will eventually get into match
No, it’s clearly been read. This topic is actually a few threads merged together if you look closely.
Is this issue still occuring for someone?
That’s a good point yes, quite some time I didn’t had sudden crash or assertion fault.
