I managed to get all of the modules from the suggested build, and even though most of them are still Mk2, my effectiveness grew up a lot and the ship feels really comfy on most sectors.
After I manage to put most of its modules on Mk4/5, I’ll move my efforts torwards my Panther (which will be sort of my “I wanna be silent today” ship for solo farming) :3
Even if a lot of people complain about, a full green ship is fully competitive if it is fully synergied.
I like you are doing better. If you finally decide to get the Panther, you can look at my build.
It is a very particular build, made for fast hit and run attacks, but so far it is great and I’m doing very, very well on it.

Fow now, I’m using an adaptation of residente’s build for an invasion Rockwell (but with one less vernier and one extra resistance module, so I get both thermal and EM resistances up), and so far it’s working quite well for what’s intended (though I REALLY need purple verniers ASAP for compensating that stupid Cruise modification. It makes a Fed Tackler speed up like an F1 car, but handle like an old truck with 3 flat tires). And sometimes I used as an emergency-situation ship in PvP and the speed sometimes pays off (outrunning Inties for beacon control while invisible is reeeeally fun :3)
But when I get my Rockwell, it’ll be my default Invasion ship, sort of replacing my Excal except for sectors when I want to take stuff head on, or when I want to run in groups / PvE.
…Yeah, I’m one of the few players around who doesn’t really care much about PvP.
