If it’s made using bundles, along the same lines as destros then yes it will be OP. If it is a regular ship with credits only then it should be well balanced I’d imagine.

I asked cinnamon if they can add more turret module in game and mostly based on repetitive and/or heavy big guns^^ I guess this is it! They are majestic :’)
