Last time I posted about bundles topic got locked. In another thread from another player - my comment was removed. So I’ll just post something neutral and completely not offensive here. Nothing really - just good old freedom of speech.

I just copy pasted all logs to a new folder, so incase the game deletes them. I know the game keeps only 10 or so logs and auto deletes the oldest one. I would really hope they fix what I was shorted. I am not holding my breath though. Sorry to sound so negative, but the history does not give me much hope…
Making a bug report is pretty easy thing. Topic about difference between what is listed as a possible payout and actual payout should got there:

As for the compensation - that’s something for the support. My powers end here 
Also - no. There is no possibility in this game to change the outcome for a single player or group of players that I know of.
Yea, support never does the right thing. They will just insult me in a pc kinda way.

Support do their job, but first the things should be reported. You don’t acuse a bus driver in doing nothing, when you don’t enter a bus ^-^

Not sure if that was meant as an insult or what? Reporting does nothing, and I already filed a support claim, and guess what… They did nothing… once again… yet I am the bad guy for being upset over being burned time and time again.
There is a good reason I have not even attempted to try the other Gaijin titles I am aware of.

It paid one electrum, they dont see the problem. Am I the only one who only get the lowest amount no matter what? I feel my account has been personally edited to get the lowest possible rewards. I thought all the DLCs was suppose to prevent this issue.

that’s because on your screenshots, you’ve got Enriched electrum every time, when you bought x5 containers. Pretty obvious. Did you send them your logs?
By the way, if you don’t know how to make bug reports here, here’s a detailed instruction. It also shows where to find logs.
While the answer is technically correct, the rewards itself give you a bad aftertaste.
You simply ‘can’t’ calculate on your buys, except for the x5.
This mean clearly: You can invest 1M $ into nothing to be at the same spot before(no destroyer direct manufacturable).
You want to see the progression from every container itself(also at least 1 neo/berry/electrum and all above this value is nice luck) not just the guaranteed amount.
This feel more buying lottery tickets with the hope to get more as just the 99% useless no wins.
So please cin: Use your power to let your team change all those destroyer bundles to give everytime 1 neo/berry/electrum as item from the container itself AND the guaranteed value of 1 ready neo/berry/electrum for the x5 buy.
You did this with the shipparts container and I like it. While the progression is slow, you feel it and the x5 is even nicer to use then as just to prevent the absolute frust.
It says buying x5 gets you 1-3 enriched electrum, unless you’re getting ores, it works as intended.

not really. There is a discrepancy between description of possible payout and the actual one in case of x5 bundle. Possible electrum payout for a container should be 0 or 2 or 5 Electrum, or 0-1-3 Enriched Electrum, without a difference if that container was purchased alone or in x5 bundle. But actual results are

But if you will purchase x5 bundle pack:
the payout options are 0-1-5 Electrum instead of 0-2-5.
Regarding the x5 guaranteed loot - yes it works as intended.

Considering I got only one each time, I don’t see how the logs are gonna help. I got the logs saved to a separate folder. I was ready to give it to them, but he made it clear many times I am not getting a credit.
My experience tells me these bundles are just a scam. You have to pay 1200 or more gold for one of the items you want. Not really a fair deal in my opinion. I was hoping to get lucky but after about 20k in bundles, I am out of gold. I can not justify why I should spend any more money, after all I have been through here.

Ok, I have to thank you for providing screenshots to help solve this issue. Secondly - logs usually have information needed to solve issues. If the bug wasn’t logged properly it makes it harder for the part of dev team that actually reads ONLY bug section of this forum to discover the bug and track it. It would take you less time to actually log a bug, providing all information needed to solve it than writing this post and I would personally give you thumbs up, so you wouldn’t need to login to your second account and give them to yourself. For the record - issue raised in the original post was fixed:
I already submitted a bug report, though it does not feel like I did it correctly. I followed instructions. Hopefully I understood them correctly. I also gave them the same files
