2 Types of Black Holes : The Quantic One and the Celestial One.

What should we choooooooseeeeeeeeee.

> Plank holes.

They’re otherwise known as “Micro Black Holes”, such as the ones that are created in the LHC.

so when will the results be released

Ok, it took us some time to check all the results, and here’s the list of our winners!  :005j:

  1. ShadowBlade3

  3. 1ace1

  4. FunkyBacon

  5. Voyd

Congratulations! It was not an easy quiz!

Shouldn’t you have those answers ready for this sort of thing?

  You came 2nd Ory - Be happy for once !!!

I got little brain crash today. So I’ll post answers tomorrow.

Because I only have them in my mind.

And now I just…need…sleep.

I came first in that anagram thing. Same thing. I do want to know those answers. Mostly cause I wrote random stuff on a few of them, lol

It’s still only 4pm. Unless you live in Australia =P

Holy crap, how did I get first, I didn’t even know what does the number mean…

Absent mistake, orbit radius ratio between Sun & Earth (Sun+Earth being 0.99).

It was like 11 PM, or so.

I don’t remember, I dropped dead.

Answers will be ready soon.

  1. Which song was the first to be heard in space?
    Jingle Bells

  1. Which constellation is Polaris situated in?
    Usra Minor

  1. How far away is the nearest habitable mesoplanet?
    20.2 ly Gliese 581 g, unconfirmed Gliese 667 Cc 23.6ly confrimed

  1. What country has the world’s largest model of the Solar system?
    Sweden

  1. What does an astronaut need to do in zero gravity to slow rotation?
    Open his arms and legs.

  1. What unites the Crimea, Hawaii, and the Atacama Desert?
Produce and tests of space robots, especially for the mars mission.

  1. What do the following numbers mean? 0.39 , 0.73 , 0.99 , 1.52 , 5.2, 19.23 , 30.1
Distance from sun of planets in solar system.

  1. Is it possible to spend less fuel on landing than on take-off while flying over a planet without an atmosphere, and why?
Yes, because one can use a gravity turn, making use of the gravity to steer the ship, instead of thrust.

  1. Why do some telecommunications satellites have nearly circular orbits, while others have very elongated ones?
Depending on where they need to stay geosynchronus with, communication satellites may have a more circular orbit, or they may have a more oval-shaped orbit.

  1. How is the Solar system associated with the shape of a four-leaf clover?
Our Solar System is moving and it has a tail, what’s turning and twisting, so it looks like that.

  1. What happens to a star when there’s not enough hydrogen in it for nuclear fusion?
The star dies, will a probability to create a Supernova or a Black Hole for the SuperMassive stars, and becoming a Black Dwarf for Normal Stars.

  1. Is it possible to create on a Planck black hole on Earth? If so, how?
Yes, technically it is possible, or believed to be possible, but would require a very powerful proton collider, larger than the LHC.

  1. Which planet in the Solar system could fit 1,400 Earths?
    Jupiter

  1. How are Iridium and Space associated?

Iridium provides global mobile telecommunications services using a constellation of 66 low earth orbit satellites in a 86.4° inclined orbit. February 2009, Iridium 33 collided with the Kosmos 2251 satellite. Both satellites were completely destroyed and more than 600 pieces of debris were tracked.

  1. What makes Uranus radically different from the other planets in the Solar system?
Uranus is the only planet which rotates on its side.

WOW, I didn’t even get half of them right… How the heck did I get 2nd place, haha

Well we don’t have ultimate winner )  Nobody gave us all right answers.

I recognize my answer xD

How is Iridium NOT related to asteroids, considering it doesn’t naturally occur on Earth?

Yay, I think i only got three wrong :)wt

I recognize my answer xD

Yes, I took the best ones)

It occurs, wiki told me.

The question is slightly mistranslated it should sounds like: How are Iridium and Kosmos associated?

So we counted answers about global mobile telecommunications services and satellites accident.

Trace amounts, though (I actually did not know accurate amounts). The page does say it’s bonded with other Platinum metals, but exactly how much of that was actually ON Earth when it formed? I still believe all that came from asteroids and stuff and, through extreme pressure and temperatures, ended up bonding with those metals. It’s not a far-out idea, it’s just a theory amongst the many dozens about pre-Cambrian Earth.
